It is acknowledged that information contained herein may contain errors and Southern Independent Liquor and Duncan’s Direct retain the right to alter, change or re-order any information without prior notice.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Southern Independent Liquor and Duncan’s Direct and its contracted freight company will not be held responsible for any missing goods when delivered without a signature.
- Delivery times are accepted as between 2 and 7 working days
(Metro), 2 and 15 working days (regional, and deliveries within the states of Western Australia and Northern Territory) from receipt of original order. All orders will endeavour to be dispatched within 24 hours of placing order.
- It cannot be guaranteed that any special delivery instructions given as a guide for the contracted courier company will always be followed.
- If no one is in attendance to accept the delivered goods and there are no specific delivery instructions to account for such an event, the goods will be delivered to the nearest local post office from where the goods can be collected upon signature. A card notifying the intended recipient of this action and the collection point will be left in the letterbox.
- Any deliveries returned to sender due to incorrect addresses
as stated by the purchaser will be charged $20 Per case re-send fee.
- Alcohol cannot be delivered / receipted by persons under 18 years of age.
- Alcohol cannot be left outside the nominated delivery property boundary.
